This is where it all begins, the start of an incredible journey in theatre education!
In this first year of high school drama, students will learn about movement and voice, how to create a character, and what makes a story interesting. This will be accomplished through class games, discussions, journals, with projects and performances such as:
• Monologues
• Duologues
• Improv
• Group Plays
• Title Exercises
Best of all, every script used in grade 7 drama is original composition - the students write everything they perform!
